MBIT Automotive Technology Students Compete in 2017 UTI Top Tech Challenge Competition

Jamison, PA – Luis Arroyo, a Level 300 Automotive Technology student and a senior at Central Bucks East High School, and Ryan Carey, a Level 300 Automotive Technology student and a senior at Commonwealth Connections Academy, placed third at the UTI Top Tech Challenge Competition held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at the Universal Technical Institute in Exton, Pennsylvania. The competition was challenging and included over 100 teams of automotive students representing Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Virginia.

Our competitors, Luis and Ryan each earned a $20,000 scholarship to Universal Technical Institute and automotive tools including a Snap-On air ratchet and socket sets to get them started in their careers.
