🎓 Meet Allison Mignogna, a 2014 graduate of our Culinary Arts & Science program! After managing a winery tasting room, Allison moved to Texas for her husband’s military training—where she used her MBIT skills to support fellow military families through meals, events, and fundraising. She also launched a successful handmade home goods business during COVID, which she plans to relaunch soon.

Congratulations to our amazing Multimedia students! You made us proud representing MBIT at the SkillsUSA National Championships in Atlanta! Your creativity, dedication, and teamwork truly shined throughout the competition. Not only did you showcase your talent on a national stage, but you also got to explore Atlanta — including an unforgettable visit to the Georgia Aquarium! What an incredible experience from start to finish. 🎬 Digital Cinema – 2nd place out of 35 states! 🎧 Audio Production – 8th in the nation out of 26 teams! 📷 Photography –10th place out of 39 competitors! 🎤 Extemporaneous Speech –16th in the nation! On top of the intense competition, students got to explore Atlanta, including a visit to the Aquarium — a well-earned break and unforgettable experience. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Jim Davey for your outstanding guidance and dedication throughout the journey. Your support helped shape this incredible experience. We are beyond proud of our students — you’ve shown what talent, passion, and hard work can achieve!
