Welcome to the Architecture and Construction Engineering Program here at MBIT. My name is Craig Malinowski and I am a former graduate of MBIT of the class of 1991 in the Drafting and Design Technology program. After I graduated from MBIT, I went on to Bucks County Community College and graduated with an Associate's Degree in Architectural Drafting. When I graduated from BCCC, I then went to Drexel University and graduated with a Bachelor's in Architecture Degree. I have been a Project Architect for the past 25 + years before taking the position of Instructor here at MBIT. While I have been working as an instructor here at MBIT, I completed my graduate Master's Degree in Education with a concentration in CTE Education at Temple University.
Although the process and fundamentals of drafting haven't changed much through the years, the technology has evolved and here at MBIT, we continue to meet these challenges by offering the latest technology and software available in the field. We teach Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Technical Drafting. Students are taught the latest version of computer-aided drafting software in the industry. We offer the latest software in Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Solidworks, and Google Sketch Up 3D rendering.
I know you will enjoy coming to my class each day as you take your first steps toward becoming either an Architect or Engineer in your future career. Best of luck and hope to see you in Architecture and Construction Engineering Program.
